Wonderful instruction for young children to learn how to handle life changes, especially when there may be a feeling of loss.  In creating a way to deal with the loss of a friend moving away, Sadie discovered she had a way to create her own environment by creating her own mood.  Color Me Happy is a great way help children to know they can become empowered when they choose how to handle these changes.  Sadie didn’t wait for someone else to make her happy.  She did it herself – something adults sometimes still struggle with.
